Video Problems

The website videos require a good quality internet connection to get the most from them. However, if your connection is slow pause the video and allow the video to download in the background. The play bar will go a lighter shade of grey to indicate that the video is downloading. Once a satisfactory amount of the play bar has turned a lighter shade of grey press the pause button to continue watching the goalkeeping video in its entirety. Repeat this process until you have watched the video. Once the entire video has had chance to download you will be able to watch it from start to beginning uninterrupted.

Alternatively you can switch the video to run in 'low quality mode' by right clicking the video and selecting this option, in most cases this will significantly improve the speed in which the video is downloaded, thus improving the playback experience.
