Jussi Jaaskelainen
Bolton Wanderers & Finland
The Finland International's consistency has been a vital cog in Bolton's machine and he inspires confidence in
those around him. The former VPS Vaasa keeper is an instinctive shot-stopper and his signing in 1997
proved to be one of Bolton's best to date. Fred's unique "4 Yard Goal" training method has given Jussi the
platform to become one of the best goalkeepers in the Barclay's Premier League. |
Ali Al Habsi
Bolton Wanderers & Oman
Ali moved to Bolton Wanderers from Norwegian club Lyn Oslo in 2004 where he played three successful seasons.
Ali is always on hand to jump into the fray when first choice keeper Jussi is injured, having played 16 full
games for Bolton in the 2007/08 season helping them keep their Premier League status with some fine performances.
Also a regular with the Oman National team featuring in the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and most recently the
2007 AFC Asian Cup.
