Biography
Ali moved to Bolton Wanderers from Norwegian club Lyn Oslo in 2004 where he played three successful seasons. Ali was always on hand to jump into the fray when first choice keeper Jussi is injured, having played 16 full games for Bolton in the 2007/08 season helping them keep their Premier League status with some fine performances.
Ali is currently putting in sterling performances for Wigan Athletic FC where he is currenly on loan for the season. Also a regular with the Oman National team featuring in the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and most recently the 2007 AFC Asian Cup.
