Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ProSoccerKeeper website (www.prosoccerkeeper.co.uk and www.prosoccerkeeper.com. By using the ProSoccerKeeper website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the ProSoccerKeeper website.
Site registration is free and is a prerequisite to post on the forum.
Membership registration requires the user to pay a monthly subscription fee, this entitles the user to view the monthly training DVD for as long as that particular training DVD is being presented. You must have internet access and a valid debit/credit card to sign up to view the monthly training DVDs.
Upon registering to view the training DVDs, your debit/credit card will be authorised for one month’s subscription payment. We will automatically charge your debit/credit card each month on or after the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership until you cancel your membership. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
As a registered member, you agree that we are permitted to charge you a monthly subscription fee on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel, and regardless of how much you use the service. We will automatically charge your debit/credit card each month on or after the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
You may cancel your subscription to ProSoccerKeeper at anytime. Cancellation requests must be via the website www.prosoccerkeeper.co.uk. To cancel, you must log on and go to My Profile, then click on the ‘Cancel My Account’ button. We will not accept cancellations by any other means and ProSoccerKeeper will have no liability for a cancellation request sent by any other means.
Immediately upon requesting cancellation your subscription to the training DVDs will be cancelled and no further payments will be deducted from your chosen payment vehicle and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial monthly subscription periods.
Refunds may occassionally be offered by the management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
Disclaimers of warranties and limitations on liability
The ProSoccerKeeper website and its contents are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the ProSoccerKeeper website or its contents. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the ProSoccerKeeper website, any failures, delays, or interruptions.
Commercial exploitation or copying of our DVDs is not permitted.
All trademarks, logos, images, product and company names referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners. All other content included on the ProSoccerKeeper website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ProSoccerKeeper or its suppliers. These are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of ProSoccerKeeper and protected by U.K. and international copyright laws. They should not be reproduced or used without express written permission from ProSoccerKeeper.
You may not sell, lease, licence, hire out, use in a manner inconsistent with the rights of the copyright owners or commercially exploit any ProSoccerKeeper DVDs in any way at any time.
You agree not to make any unauthorised copies of any ProSoccerKeeper DVDs.
Linked websites are not under the control of ProSoccerKeeper and we are not responsible for the conduct of companies linked to our website. Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or maintained. Links to those websites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by us of the owners or operators of the sites, or of any information, products or services referred to on those other sites unless specifically stated.
We honour all requirements of UK Consumer Protection law and without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer we will replace or refund the price of any products which you consider unsatisfactory.
Shipping and Handling
Our policy is to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days. If items are not in stock this will increase the lead delivery time, however an email will be sent indicating the estimated time. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal services, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK. Overseas airmail delivery takes 7 – 10 days. Overseas surface mail takes 8 – 12 weeks.
All our prices are listed in UK pounds sterling. Your Credit Card Company will automatically convert the transaction to your currency at the going rate at the time of purchase.
All our prices are exclusive of VAT and are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
We use WorldPay to process credit and debit card payments. WorldPay use SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology) to accept your payment details. The padlock symbol is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods for a refund. The value of the item(s) refunded will be added to your card if you paid by credit or debit card. We will not refund the cost of postage.
In the case of damage in transit, we accept no liability for any damage that occurs once goods have left our premises. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier.
The guarantee is only valid if the product has not been damaged. We require that all goods be returned by recorded delivery, or that customers obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during transit.
Please include your name, delivery address, phone number and your ‘Transaction ID’ in any correspondence. You’ll find this in the confirmation email that you received from WorldPay.
